The first step is simple:
Download and complete our New Centre Application Form, then return it to us at enquiries@proqualab.com.

Once we receive your application, our Operations Team will review the information and get in touch to guide you through the next steps of the approval process.

There is a one-off fee of £750 to become an approved centre.

Before You Apply

Please ensure the following requirements are met before submitting your application:

• UK-Based Only: Your centre must be located in the UK and have access to suitable facilities for both planned and unplanned EQA visits. Please note: hot desking or temporary office rental spaces are not acceptable.
• ICO Registration: Centres must be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). If you're not yet registered, you can do so here.
• UKPRN: A UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN) is required. You can obtain one for free by registering here.
• Qualified Staff: You must have at least one qualified assessor and one qualified IQA, each with the relevant occupational competency for the qualifications you plan to deliver. These professionals can be employed or freelance, but you will need to provide evidence of their qualifications and experience.
